Do I keep my data?
Yes, the data lives in your browser. We don't store your grid — only a summary (capability score, gap count, team size) when you unlock the export.
What's the proficiency scale?
AXELL's 4-level rubric: 1=Aware, 2=Functional, 3=Responsible, 4=Accountable. 0 means Not Applicable.
